Points Allocated for Restricted Certificate of Sponsorship

With a higher demand for Restricted Certificate of Sponsorship's (RCOSs) in December 2017 & January 2018 the below table helps summarise the points systems used.

December 2017 - 55 points was the threshold which unless the role is skill shortage or PHD Level - the salary would need to be £55K or above as well as satisfying criteria for the RLMT

January 2018 - 46 points and as above the salary would need to be £50K or above unless Skill Shortage of PHD Level.

Such high uptake is rare as the normal limit is 21 points, however anomalies such as this can occur.
